Tracking your order is simple and easy. Please Click on Account >> Order Status in the header of our website and enter your order number and zip code. Also, watch out for an email from Elevate Medical Supply LLC when your order ships that provides you with a tracking number.
When placing an order, Elevmeds.com (Elevate Medical Supply LLC)  will verify your card by placing a temporary authorization on your account. This will happen for every order placed with Elevate Medical Supply LLC. Still seeing two payments on your bank account? Don’t worry — it’s not an additional charge. Here’s how it works. To guarantee payment for your order, we authorize your card to ensure it’s valid and there are sufficient funds available to place your order. This is a common practice, used as an extra layer of security for all parties. This temporary authorization, which is typically in the amount of your initial order, expires within 1-3 days of your completed delivery. You will only be charged for your order, and posted to your card within 24 hours of the actual product shipment. After processing the actual charge, the temporary authorization will reverse (within 1-3 days, the actual timing is dependent upon your credit card provider). Your bank statement may appear similar to the below, showing the original order charge and reversal of the temporary authorization: Additionally, if your order/delivery is cancelled, the temporary authorization will be reversed within a few business days (again, the actual timing is dependent upon your credit card provider). You’ll see a temporary authorization on all Elevate Medical Supply LLC orders.
